(NYSE: TSQ) (“Townsquare” or “the Company”) announced today that veteran editor and journalist Craig Marks has joined the Company as Editorial Director. In this role, Mr. Marks will oversee editorial content across web, social and video for eight of Townsquare’s music and entertainment brands including Taste of Country, Loudwire, PopCrush, ScreenCrush, Ultimate ClassicRock, The Boot, Diffuser, and The Boombox. He joins alongside Vanessa Satten, longtime Editor in Chief of Townsquare’s influential hip-hop brand XXL, to create a powerful leadership team of editorial expertise.
In addition to its 318 radio stations and 18 music festivals, Townsquare’s portfolio of music & entertainment digital brands reaches over 50 million unique visitors each month.
