Ms. Zolot joined Townsquare in April 2021. Previously, Ms. Zolot was an attorney with the law firm Mayer Brown LLP, where she joined as an associate in 2009 in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group until her departure in 2021. While at Mayer Brown, Ms. Zolot’s practice focused on representing financial institutions, major corporations, and individuals in complex, sensitive and high-profile litigation and regulatory matters. Her experience includes general litigation practice before state and federal courts, with cases ranging from complex commercial disputes to securities fraud actions as well as representing clients in government agency proceedings and internal investigations. Ms. Zolot received a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. cum laude from Fordham Law School.
