Ms. Hagar joined Townsquare in 2012. Prior to her current role, she focused on talent recruitment, particularly for the Company’s digital businesses. With experience leading teams across multiple Human Resources functions including Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement, her passion for helping people reach their maximum potential has assisted in creating an exceptional employee experience while also maintaining the Company’s competitive position as an industry leader. Prior to Townsquare, Ms. Hagar spent 3 years at Yodle as their first Talent Acquisition Partner where she developed hiring and employee onboarding processes, implemented ATS (Applicant Tracking System/talent management system), and created employee engagement initiatives. Heather is a Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resources and earned a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
